水缸, Handover, Chior Concert, Changi Beach, 18 chefs <3
April 6, 2008
Whoohoo, what an eventful weekend I had!
I just came back from dinner with Jax and Mervin
We had 18 chefs without icecream this time. And then Starbucks again. I really enjoy going out with them, can just sit down and talk and talk and talk. From school to cannibals. Time passes so fast every time we’re out together ahhh
And they always wait with me for my bus no matter how long it takes, so sweet hor! I’m looking forward to out next outing!! But Gandie is only free after 23rd April boohoo.
Cycling with Brenda and Eileen in the morning, the sun was so penetrating, we’re black like charcoal now. They stopped halfway through to apply tanning oil -.- which I refused. Oily oily yucky. We cycled from Pasir Ris to Changi Beach and back, killer ride. Especially when we went uphill, the consistent attack of lactic acid on our muscles. Anyway, Changi Beach is beautiful (Y), I like. Brenda and Eileen also like, 我的好介绍 (Y)(Y).

<3 the sky. I think it’s Pulau Ubin on the other end. And for Greater Good, Singaporeans who litter in the sea should be annihilated.
Yesterday was Handover and choir’s concert. I thought I was the only one feeling indifferent about the Handover, but apparently not. No more responsibilities, I feel free but I’m just worried for my section’s sight theory. And once again, our section’s legacy of a Sec2 SL lives. Time passes really fast, I still can remember Handover 2007 vividly, it was 22nd June. And 4 days from now, it would be 10th April, the 1 year anniversary of SYF 2007. I hope that the juniors would win back the medal for us in the year to come.

This is my section, and we>you.

Chior’s concert was fantastic! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU ELISSA WONG, you nearly made me cry when you sang When There Was Me and You. The anticipation and feeling of watching you up there is just… Indescribable. I think I felt the adrenaline in me when you had the stage. Are you touched by our standing ovation!?! Mrs Lim sent us home after that whoohooo, no need to squeeze in the mrt and endure the long ride back. She permitted us to eat in her car too, and Eileen brought out some pancake which she… stuffed in her clutch. Thank you Mrs Lim!

Friday was an amusing day. After CCA, Eugene, Xuanhao, Yihao and I went to da pao KFC and headed to Yh’s house for the last episode of 水缸! We were half an hour early, so we watched Wu Zong Xian first HAHA. Had quite a substantial amount of laughter that night, we should do this more often! 水缸 show wasn’t as funny as we expected it to be. The ending was (Y) when DingYi proposed, and we started going “kiss kiss kiss kiss kiss kiss”, but…. HE DIDN’T. WHY WHY TELL ME WHY! </3
Imma happy kid. Are you?
